Architecture

Zephyr’s exterior creates a bold, modern profile through a layered façade of brick, metal detailing, and floor-to-ceiling glass. Vertical framing and rhythmic balconies bring structure and depth, while subtle curves create a silhouette of movement that shapes life in Northwest DC.
