Aerie’s entertaining kitchen and private dining room give residents a dedicated place to host larger groups with more ease. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame vibrant vistas over Woodley Park, Northwest DC, and beyond, with more to enjoy on the adjacent outdoor observation deck.

A chef-ready kitchen offers full-height white cabinetry with integrated appliances, a built-in wall oven, and a long, thick-edged island that doubles as a serving and seating area. Wecoming stools with soft green backs and brass footrests line the front, so guests can linger while food is plated or drinks are poured. A mirrored panel behind the sink reflects the adjoining lounge and windows, making the room feel deeper and tying it back to the rest of Aerie’s interiors.

A stately dark-wood table runs nearly the length of the dining room, surrounded by comfortably padded chairs. Built-in shelving niches at each end add texture and color without clutter. There's also additional seating and dining areas on the scenic observation deck.

Also adjacent to the private dining room is the fireplace lounge, where guests can also gather and relax either pre or post-meal. The entire suite creates a beautifully composed, purpose-built haven for you to host anything from small celebrations to catered dinners and special events.
