Aerie makes a modern statement in Northwest Washington DC with a luminous green façade, vertical rhythm, and expansive glazing that draws daylight in. A dark podium grounds the street, while stacked apartment balconies and a rounded corner soften the massing into a sleek silhouette.

Interior Design

“Interiors for Aerie reflect the building’s elegance and surrounding gardens. Inspired by the façade’s green terra cotta panels, we introduced natural tones, warm wood, and bronze finishes, accented with colorful art, accessories, and furnishings. Bespoke murals, sculptural chandeliers, and refined materials bring glamour to the airy, contemporary social spaces.” -Champalimaud Design
